Introducing SHINE Model & Talent Academy

Confidence Begins Here.

Hawaiʻi Children's Theatre is excited to welcome SHINE Model & Talent Academy to our creative community this fall.

Designed for students ages 10–17, SHINE is Kauaʻi's first confidence-first modeling and talent academy, where young people develop skills in runway modeling, commercial print, and on-camera acting while building confidence, creativity, communication skills, and authentic self-expression.

Throughout this 12-week academy, students will participate in professional instruction, creative experiences, and personalized coaching in a supportive environment that encourages every student to grow and shine. The program concludes with The SHINE Showcase, a professionally produced runway event celebrating each student's accomplishments alongside local designers and businesses.
